I spotted this unusual scene while coming home from Lancaster County. This was the only place on I-95 where this congestion of street lights is viewable. Arlene usually drives and leaves me free to shoot things like this. I broke the rules by shooting through the windshield, but sometimes, you got to grab ’em when you see ’em.I hope you find it as interesting as I do.
