Kitchen Kettle Village, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania - August 1, 2008

Fifteen years ago, on this date, I took both these photographs at the same location, Kitchen Kettle Village in Lancaster County. Until yesterday, I never noticed the “similarity” in subject matter of these photographs.

BTW, the Amish children sell those horseshoes from their little cart.
And yes, there is really a town called Intercourse. It’s in Amish country in Pennsylvania.
